In this design documentation, a land plot belonging to the applicant is drawn out. The documents shall comply with the specifications provided by the grid operator.

This is permissible in the framework of legislation on urban planning activities. Then the parties proceed to fulfill the technical conditions. The grid operator must carry out work related to the connection of power receiving devices, not forgetting about equipment that prevents emergency situations.
